The MSCSW membership year is June 1 to May 30. Members are notified in April to renew their membership. A membership card for the next year is sent upon renewal. A Second Notice is provided in early May. Any member who has not renewed by June 1 is removed from membership without further notice. Late renewals cannot be accepted without a fresh application being completed.

Directions: Click on the Renewal Form below and complete both page 1 and page 2. Be sure to indicate your current membership status (Full, Graduate, Associate, Student, Emeritus/Retired). Submit your renewal form (2 pages) together with your on-line Visa or Mastercard payment. Student members must provide a copy of their current Student ID. This can be faxed or mailed to the office. Contact the Society office if you have questions or if you think your membership status has changed.
